What is your return policy for hockey sticks?
Unused sticks in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Please note that once a stick has been taped or used in play, it is no longer eligible for return unless covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of goalie pads and bags, these items are shipped via ground freight to ensure they arrive safely.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening services?
Yes, we offer professional sharpening at our physical locations. For online orders, skates are shipped with a factory edge and will require sharpening before your first time on the ice.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
